Salary Difference After making Transition
Considering that after 6 years of service in NTPC (joined through GATE), the person joins for one year MBA at IIMA and gets an initial package of 25 lac as consultant in Deloitte.
The cumulative salary difference between a person who continues in NTPC and a person who makes this transition will be Rs 25 crores at the end of service life!!
(Assuming salary figures at present purchasing capacity, and 35 years of service)
